I’m Dr. Terrance J. Kwiatkowski, a fellowship-trained ear and skull base surgeon and advanced sinus surgeon. I completed my ENT residency at the University of Pennsylvania, training under David Kennedy, MD, and Donald Lanza, MD, influential figures in modern endoscopic sinus surgery.

Fellowship Expertise

I then completed a two-year advanced fellowship in neurotology and skull base surgery at UCSD/Kaiser, with specialized training in complex ear and skull base disorders. At South West Ear & Sinus Center, I provide specialized care for adults and patients age 11 and older, including complex and revision cases.
